Wound Care

Innovation Medical Group has a team of Providers who are passionate about wound care. We utilize a multispecialty approach and have developed a great teamwork model to ensure we have the knowledge to help all of our patients.

Our team offers clinic level care across the Western United States. We work alongside home health, skilled/assisted living, and family home caregivers. Whether in one of our several clinics or having our providers come to you, our goal is to get you treated with state-of-the-art equipment and knowledge.

We use state-of-the-art, and HIPPA-compliant technology to provide mobile consultations for patients. These consults performed at the patient’s home replace the need for transportation and office visits resulting in cost savings.
